A: No returns on personalized pieces, 7 day return policy on chains, gems or other items. Contact me for return instructions. If you are not satisfied with your piece my promise to make it better.
Q: How much are handwriting charms?
A: They start at $35 for the original size in any shape in my brass option and $48 for sterling silver. I often recommend the Large size for a better print. Some details are lost when the image is shrunk down to size.
Q: Do you use real gold and sliver? What is your jewelry made of?
A: The silver option is made of .925 sterling silver, and our gold option is made of 14 karat goldfill (higher quality than a gold plate, 14 K gold bonded to a base metal not a microscopic dip so gold will not rub off over time).

Q: How do I submit my image for a handwriting charm?
A: YES!!!
A: All my pieces go through several layers of sanding and buffing to achieve a soft brushed finish. You can keep the charms looking great by wearing them all the time! The natural movement of the charms against each other helps keep them from tarnishing! However, sterling silver can tarnish over time or if exposed to chemicals. I use fine steel wool (grade 0000 you can get it in a hardware store) to firmly rub the charms to remove small scratches and keep it clean and tarnish free. I sell a piece in a small bag for $1.00 or you can always send me your pieces if they need a professional polish, contact me!! That being said, any way you currently clean your sterling jewelry will also work.
A: Yes, just mention you’d like it wrapped in the comments of the order and I’ll wrap it in some colorful tissue paper. Want a note added? Sure, let me know what you want said in the comments of the order and I’ll handwrite your message on a handcrafted card. Otherwise all orders come wrapped in an organza pouch within a classic necklace jewelry box.
A: I cannot show you what your piece will look like until I stamp the metal. I promise you will not be disappointed! If you are not pleased with the final product, please do get in touch with me. Handwriting pieces will have a line drawing confirmation if requested before I etch the metal.
A: Stamped Jewelry is shipped within 7-10 business days. Handwriting charms are shipped within 14 business days. If you need an order by a certain date, let me know. I will do my best. I do offer a RUSH service starting at $20. Christmas and Mother's Day are my busiest holidays and often orders take longer.
A: A clear photo from your smart phone usually works great! Better yet use the free app JOTNOT for scanner quality images. Email me the image as an attachment to jenny@jennywearjewelry.com or text me at 303-915-8256. I'll send back confirmation of receiving the image and if it is acceptable.
